Heather Jayne - If The Stars Align
Released today, UK-based singer/songwriter Heather Jayne's single "If The Stars Align" is a beautiful confession of love written with tender vocals and soaring ethereal production. She is classically trained in voice, piano and flute and has been writing and performing her own music for over ten years; experience that shows in her new music. Having developed a new sound and image for herself, she released her debut single "The Power" in January. Since then she's released almost a single a month in the lead up to her debut EP "The Shadows". Catch her performing on May 10 headlining Skyline Sounds on the rooftop of Broadway London, and on May 23rd with Ten Tonnes and ONR at Purple Turtle in Reading as part of BBC's Biggest Weekend Fringe Tour.

Elehante - The In Between (feat. Anjulie)
DJ and electronic artist Elephante's latest single "The In Between" featuring singer Anjulie has a great pop vibe and hybrid acoustic/electronic sound. The track starts out with guitar and piano and adds electronic elements from there - a common theme in his music. Elephante explains that the song began from opposing feelings of loving traveling the world and seeing people everywhere, yet feeling lonely and just wanting to be home. Developing that he says, "I got together with the brilliant Anjulie, and the song turned into a story about that place in a relationship with someone or something, where you want to feel strong and know that you've moved on. But deep down you know that one phone call from the other side is gonna pull you right back in." Elephante will be performing at EDC Vegas and Sunset Music Festival later this month. For a taste of his high-energy sets check out the latest in his mix series, The Zoo Vol. 4.

Elohim - I Want You
"I Want You" from Elohim's debut self-titled album is an electronic pop gem. The track has a great dynamic alternating between melodic pop, and breakdown sections with shouted/spoken lyrics and banging 808 bass. Her vocals hint at some of the anxiety struggles that she faces which are an important theme in her music. She said of the album: "From start to finish, it is an experience...a world. I can only hope for this record to be an escape and a way of coping, growing, inspiring and finding peace. It is an embodiment of self worth self love and strength." Elohim had a couple of breakthroughs last year including collaborating with Louis the Child and touring with Alison Wonderland whom she has become close friends with. She is currently touring Canada and the U.S. with upcoming dates at Electric Forest, Red Rocks and HARD Summer Music Festival.

Teminite - State of Mind
Teminite has released "State of Mind" on SoundCloud and YouTube in anticipation of his upcoming album "Uprising". The track has an absolutely infectious, uplifting and creative high-energy sound combining synthwave, dubstep and saxophone. He says of the track: "Out of all my musical creations, this is the track I view as being the most true to my self, and what I want to create. I wrote this song whilst recovering from a low point in my life and the amount of joy I received whilst making this track was indescribable. I hope I can transfer some of that positive energy to all of you!" You can hear a teaser for Uprising here.

Sofi Tukker - Batshit
Sexy deep vocals that don't take themselves too seriously, funky guitar riffs and a groovin' beat make "Batshit" from New York duo Sofi Tukker a fun, standout banger. It begs to be rocked out to at high volume out the window of your car, cruising through the neighbourhood at some early hour of the morning with confetti still falling out of your hair while making your way to a friend's place who you're totally not going to pash uncontrollably. Or something. It's Tucker's debut as lead vocalist for the duo, taking the reigns from Sophie. "We are introducing him as exactly what he is: Batshit Crazy. It's as ridiculous and colorful as he is. And we love it.". The track features on their album Treehouse, out now.
